Wednesday 17/06 at 21:00, there will be scheduled down time for approximately 2 hours. We will be using this time to perform a significant upgrade of our database infrastructure and speed up our overall service.

To ensure uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade outside of business hours.

During this maintenance window, the web platform and API's, will be inaccessible. The system will continue to receive emails, but processing will be paused. All operations around the platform, including scheduled synchronisations and processing of documents will resume immediately after the maintenance window.

This update is an important step in our ongoing efforts to ensure a stable and secure environment for our valued customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
