Everything has now been processed and fully resolved. All documents that were queued during the outage have been successfully processed.

Monitoring

Our Peppol provider has implemented a fix and we are currently processing all documents that were queued during the outage. Sending invoices via Kyte is also possible again.

Investigating

Our Peppol provider is currently experiencing issues. We are therefor currently not able to register new Peppol access points, receive Peppol invoices on Clearfacts, nor send invoices via Peppol from Kyte. All documents are saved and will be processed after the issues have been solved. We are closely following up with our provider.
