Wednesday 26/10, there will be scheduled downtime somewhere in a 2-hour window, between 22h and midnight. We will be using this time to perform maintenance on our technical infrastructure.
To ensure uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade outside of business hours.
During this maintenance window, the web platform, mobile application and API's, will be inaccessible. The system will continue to receive emails, but processing will be paused. All operations around the platform, including scheduled synchronisations and processing of documents will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
From Thursday 27/10 just after midnight, our platform will be up and running again. We appreciate your understanding.
